Senior / Mid Engineering Manager

You will be working on challenging projects developing solutions for our clients. The customer may be one of the big vendors or it can be a startup aiming to disturb the biggest players in the observability business. Your role We are looking for an Engineering Manager to reputed company our projects reputed company any of the following areas: Network, Observability, Quality Assurance etc. You need to have a technical background and understand the domain, but we do not expect you to code. You also need to have experience in people management. As a part of the project team, you will be responsible for: Discussing high and low level technical, and business requirements with clients Facilitating or taking an active part in architectural discussions Making sure the team has reputed company the things they need, to deliver their work in an efficient manner Shaping the team according to project needs and company culture Monitoring project reputed company, identifying and managing project risks Making proper reputed company together with client and technical leaders, who report to you Participating in company processes: hiring, reputed company, employee development process etc. Do we have a match?
