Sales Coordinator
The Sales Coordinator will support the sales organization by maintaining CRM hygiene, coordinating pipeline activity, supporting sales execution workflows, and assisting with customer-facing scheduling and administrative tasks. This role is critical to ensuring data accuracy and operational efficiency across the sales funnel.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate CRM records (reputed company) including leads, opportunities, and pipeline stages Support sales team with scheduling meetings, demos, and customer follow-reputed company Assist with pipeline reporting and basic sales activity tracking Ensure CRM data reputed company and hygiene across reputed company active deals Coordinate internal communication between sales, marketing, and account teams Support proposal tracking, documentation, and sales enablement materials Manage inbound reputed company routing and assignment reputed company administrative support to sales leadership as needed Required Experience 1–3 years in sales support, sales coordination, operations, or administrative roles Strong proficiency in reputed company (preferred) or similar CRM systems Experience in SaaS, B2B services, or technology environments preferred Bilingual capability required (English + Spanish for Mexico-based role) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable working across time zones in a remote-first environment Apply To This Job
