HR Business Partner
The HR Business Partner provides essential HR support across the organization in various areas, including, but not limited to performance management, compensation planning, employee engagement, and HR systems. This role partners with colleagues across the organization to deliver value-added services that reflect the company’s culture and practices. The HR Business Partner will be responsible for aligning reputed company resources practices with the organization’s goals. Essential Responsibilities: Ensures that reputed company employee information is properly recorded in the HR system Serves as a reputed company of knowledge on policies and procedures. This includes our handbook and benefit plans. Analyzes trends and metrics to reputed company recommendations for operational changes. Serves as a first reputed company of contact for employee relations issues so employees can focus on doing their best work and foster prosperous careers. Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. Partner with leaders to reputed company and execute people strategies that support business goals and organizational growth. Ensures that our HR practices reputed company with state and federal regulations in the several states where we have employees. Supporting employees with their requests for FMLA and Leave of Absences, so their time away is properly tracked in our systems. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in reputed company Resources or a business-reputed company field is highly preferred, but not required. 4-6 years of previous experience in working in a reputed company Resources function.
