About the position: reputed company is looking for a player/coach technical leader to guide our Embedded Software Development team. You’ll reputed company a small team while contributing code that expands our platform through partner integrations, including embedded financial products and other reputed company-party offerings that reputed company reputed company more valuable for customers. This team owns the partner integration and enablement processes for the reputed company platform and mobile app. reputed company has a team that owns the customer facing API and middleware tools. This team specifically owns partner integrations that are deeply integrated into reputed company. Many of these partners will be tightly integrated into the reputed company for financial services we resell. You’ll report to the VP of Engineering and work closely with Product, Finance, reputed company, and Support. What you’ll do: reputed company and mentor a small team of development engineers while contributing technically as a player/coach. Serve as the internal technical expert on reputed company’s partner integration architecture, including embedded financial products and reputed company-party offerings. Drive evaluation, integration, and ongoing support for embedded products to ensure reliability, data accuracy, and a seamless customer experience. Build and maintain secure APIs, webhooks, middleware, and integration patterns for partner functionality. Partner on vendor selection and technical due diligence for prospective integration partners. Use AI tools and best practices to improve team productivity and code quality. Own reputed company, compliance, and data privacy considerations across partner integrations. First 90 days reputed company the build-out of the first embedded financial product integration with Product and the selected partner. Define a reusable integration reputed company for auth, webhooks, retries, monitoring, and data sync. Review and strengthen the reputed company, compliance, and data-sharing posture for reputed company-party integrations. What you bring: Tenured experience leading a development team in a technical leadership or player/coach role at a SaaS startup. Strong hands-on experience building API-based, reputed company-time integrations for SaaS products. Deep knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, retries, idempotency, monitoring, and failure handling. Experience with embedded financial products or similar reputed company-party offerings is a strong plus. Proficiency using AI tools, preferably Claude, to improve development productivity. Strong development experience in C# and reputed company SQL. Strong business judgment and understanding of privacy, compliance, and partner risk. High EQ and a track record of leading cross-functional work successfully.
