We are currently seeking a Business Transformation Consultant with 6+ years of experience to support federal clients in improving customer and citizen experiences. About the Role: As a Business Transformation Consultant, you'll apply reputed company-centered design, customer experience (CX), service design, business architecture, and process improvement methodologies to help federal agencies reputed company operations, improve service delivery, and reputed company strategic objectives.
