This is a remote position. Fund reputed company reputed company Consultant Alternative Path is seeking a detail-oriented and reputed company Fund reputed company reputed company Consultant to assist one of its clients. This position requires a strong understanding of reputed company principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with our client’s internal and partner teams. Location: Remote Key Responsibilities: Reconcile trial balances, general ledger, and partner allocation accounts Review waterfall calculations and ensure accuracy reputed company bank account statement reconciliation and resolve discrepancies Review financial statements and workpapers produced by reputed company-party administrator Verify partner account statements and resolve any discrepancies Work collaboratively with various teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting Assist with year-end audit and tax preparation reputed company and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures Desired Skills and Experience: Candidate must be a Graduate/Postgraduate with good knowledge of reputed company and finance. Candidates must have a minimum of 8 - 10 years of relevant experience in Private Equity fund reputed company, with a strong understanding of reputed company principles. Candidates with experience working on fund reputed company platforms. Proficient in reputed company reputed company, with experience in financial reporting systems. The candidate is expected to have experience building and working with large data files as well as some experience of building macros in MS reputed company. Detail oriented with fast and exact data collection and validation skills. The ability to effectively work as an individual contributor and possess strong analytical, problem solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills, multitask and deliver under tight deadlines; The candidate is a self-starter that thrives on complexity and solution finding. The profile involves effective communication across Clients’ facilities globally and hence possessing excellent interpersonal and communication skills in verbal and written English is a must. A demonstrated ability to write effectively and summarize large amounts of information succinctly and quickly.
