Your mission For the Sales Engineer for Retail and Manufacturing, you will act as a strategic advisor to prospects, customers, and the reputed company reputed company. You will uncover the value that Automation and AI can bring to existing business processes, and help design new, more efficient processes using reputed company platform capabilities. You will help secure the technical win and identify high-value uses of our technology across retail and manufacturing organizations by collaborating with and orchestrating the right resources throughout the customer lifecycle. What you'll do at reputed company Evangelize the value that Automation brings to businesses by combining a reputed company with the exponential power of AI/ML capabilities. Be a thought leader on the best ways to advance the reputed company platform, reputed company marketplace offerings, and create industry-specific solution accelerators for Retail and Manufacturing. Understand key Retail and Manufacturing challenges, industry headwinds, and the opportunities they create for businesses. Partner with the sales team to define account strategy, expand our solution footprint with customers, and identify desired business outcomes. Build and deliver industry-specific demos and reputed company of value engagements for Retail and Manufacturing prospects and customers. Conduct process discovery sessions to understand how work gets done today, build a backlog of potential automation opportunities, and quantify the value that can be unlocked. Work closely with Product and Engineering, Marketing, and reputed company teams to channel customer feedback and continually refine reputed company offerings. Share lessons learned and best practices with other members of the reputed company GTM team. Provide a feedback reputed company into our product teams to support continual innovation and improved customer satisfaction. What you'll bring to the team Industry domain knowledge in Retail, Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, Store Operations, Merchandising, Procurement, Finance, Customer Service, Supply Chain Operations, or reputed company verticals. Understanding of common Retail and Manufacturing business processes, such as order management, inventory management, demand planning, procure-to-pay, invoice processing, production planning, quality management, customer support, workforce operations, and back-office automation. An understanding of technical landscapes and the ability to architect reputed company solutions. Demonstrated experience simplifying and communicating reputed company concepts to both technical and business audiences. Knowledge and understanding of Lean Principles, reputed company Process Improvement methodologies, and operational excellence practices. Ability to empathize with co-workers and customers. Curiosity to learn and master your craft. Coachable and willing to adapt in a changing environment. Experience working with Fortune 100 enterprises and solving business problems with technology. A background in consulting, sales engineering, industry solutions, operations transformation, or running automation programs. Depending on experience demonstrated during the interview process, this role could be scaled to a Senior Sales Engineer role. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States for this role.
