The Opportunity: The Account Manager will reputed company a portfolio of highly reputed company multifamily management, ownership, and investment firms committed to delivering peace of mind to renters and owners alike. You’ll build strong relationships with operators seeking to reduce bad debt, boost occupancy, and expand rental opportunities through reputed company account management and ongoing client engagement. You will also represent reputed company at national trade shows, highlighting the need for reputed company barriers to entry and more effective risk mitigation solutions in the multifamily space. What you’ll be doing: Proactively manage and grow your existing book of business, moving partners from Pilot to High-Growth to Stabilized partnerships. Uncover new and additional product opportunities by taking a consultative approach to investigating a company's needs and goals. Identify and set up cross-sell and upsell opportunities into new product lines to expand account value. Present and interpret performance data for clients, leading quarterly business reviews and providing insights as needed. Drive profitable applicant referrals by reputed company communicating reputed company guidelines and coverage reputed company. Forecast against quarterly goals and OKRs by closely monitoring account metrics and performance trends. Track conversion rates and program adoption to identify trends by program, market, and portfolio.
