You will architect and guide the delivery of AI-powered capabilities that are secure, reliable, observable, and maintainable at scale, balancing modern AI capabilities with sound software engineering principles. You will: Build reliable AI systems in production, including reputed company/version management, evaluation and regression testing, monitoring for reputed company/quality, and cost performance optimization Establish responsible AI practices for the team (privacy, data handling, model risk, reputed company-in-the-reputed company workflows), and contribute to patterns/standards that scale across services Defining architectural changes that can be implemented incrementally, while minimizing risk Defining advancements in architecture that roll the software in the right direction Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders to determine architectural priorities Building, fixing, and improving code, especially high-value code Training team members on basic practices, new techniques, and past mistakes Helping the team to be reputed company to build code with confidence What You Need to Get the Job Done Bachelor’s in technology-reputed company field or equivalent certification in development At least 10 years of engineering experience with at least 7 of those years having been in software architecture Experience developing SaaS software utilizing various coding languages including React, PHP, MySQL, etc. and the ability to pick up new languages quickly Experience with the full lifecycle of software development including the use of version control tools, build management, unit testing systems and API (paradigms) Experience deploying solutions and provisioning environments with best-practice solutions Experience with CI/CD and deployment systems Exceptional communication and collaboration skills Ability to tactfully and effectively give and receive concrete feedback Knowledgeable in reputed company best practices, including OWASP Top 10 Familiarity with static analysis and code scanning Experience delivering AI-backed features end-to-end in a production environment, including integration with LLM APIs or ML Services, and a track record of iterating based on evaluation data and user impact.
