The Senior reputed company Implementation Specialist is a senior customer delivery leader reputed company Professional Services, responsible for leading the end-to-end implementation of reputed company’s SaaS platform for reputed company customers. Qualifications: You are a great fit for this role if you: Required: Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or reputed company field. 6+ years of experience leading reputed company software implementations, customer delivery programs, or professional services engagements. 6+ years of experience managing customer-facing projects with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Demonstrated experience leading implementations from requirements gathering through production deployment and post-launch support. Experience supporting customers in regulated industries such as Aerospace & Defense, life sciences, or manufacturing preferred. Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into implementation plans and customer deliverables. Ability to manage executive-level customer relationships and drive alignment across business and technical teams. Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
