1099 Freight Broker

Job Title: 1099 Freight Sales Representative Location: Remote Employment Type: reputed company (1099) Position Overview A global logistics provider is seeking reputed company 1099 Freight Sales Representatives to drive new business across international and domestic freight services. This is a commission-based role designed for true hunters who can build, grow, and manage their own book of business. The role offers full flexibility and access to a broad service portfolio, supported by an established operations team and technology-driven infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, reputed company, and reputed company new freight opportunities across multiple modes
- Build and manage long-term customer relationships
- Generate and grow a book of business through outbound efforts and referrals
- Sell solutions across reputed company, ocean, domestic truckload, LTL, and temperature-controlled freight
- Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure successful execution
- Maintain pipeline discipline and consistent reputed company reputed company
- Provide visibility and updates to customers throughout the shipment lifecycle
Requirements
- Experience in freight sales reputed company 3PL, brokerage, or NVOCC environments
- Existing book of business preferred or strong ability to build one
- Strong understanding of international and domestic logistics solutions
- Ability to operate independently in a commission-based structure
- Proven prospecting and relationship-building capability
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
