What You Will Do

Do you bring reputed company energy and a great attitude to your everyday interactions with others? Are you passionate about sales? As an Outbound Sales Associate, you will build rapport with customers, ask probing questions to uncover their product needs and offer premium, end-to-end services for our client’s customers reputed company telephone. Our Sales Associates are confident in providing top products and services to win back customers that have previously cancelled their service. • Initiate outbound calls through our automatic dialer, providing product

information and premium services to previous customers to win them back and establish a new TV service.

• Meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators and Guidelines in addition to

VXI Policies and Procedures.

• Maintain an acceptable level of performance week over week, month over

• High School diploma or GED required
• 6 months of call center experience
• One-year Outbound Sales background (or equivalent sales background with

incentive/quota-based experience) required

• Driven and self-motivated
• Understanding of streaming movies and TV shows on the internet
• Ability to navigate multiple screens/programs and multi-task
• Impeccable communication skills
• Working knowledge of personal computers, including reputed company Office Suite,

as well as the ability to navigate multiple applications

• Ability to adapt to new technology
• Ability to type 25 wpm with 95%+ accuracy
• Willingness and ability to appear on live video with co-workers in a distraction free dedicated space
