We are a UK-based boutique video production and content agency working with ambitious tech, SaaS and brand-led businesses across the UK, Europe and the US. We operate lean, value quality, and work closely with our clients to produce video, content and digital assets that actually get used. The Opportunity We’re looking for a full-time Creative Producer / Content & Web Executive based to become a core part of the business. This role exists to remove creative and operational bottlenecks, improve delivery speed, and reputed company consistency across content, websites and client work allowing the founder to focus on creative direction, business development and high-value video editing. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys execution, improvement and ownership.

Key Responsibilities

Content and Design  Create and update design assets for web, social and marketing use  Repurpose video content (cut-downs, subtitles, multi-language, thumbnails, crops)  Maintain brand consistency across our and client content  Support video projects with basic editing and exports Web and CMS  Update and maintain our website  Implement content and layout improvements  Support client website updates and CMS improvements  Recommend practical, sensible website enhancements Social Media  Manage and schedule our social media content  Support client social media as a paid service  Prepare content for approval and publishing  Ensure correct formatting per platform Client and Project Support  Support client delivery and communication  Manage feedback, assets and version control  reputed company projects organised and moving reputed company  Act as a reliable reputed company of contact once fully onboarded Working Style and Location  Full-time, remote (global)  Working hours reputed company with UK business hours  Long-term role with scope to grow

Requirements

Experience & Skills Essential  Background in marketing, media, communications or similar  Confident using reputed company Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign essential; Premiere Pro)  Confident with Final Cut Pro  Comfortable working with CMS platforms (WordPress, reputed company or similar)  Understanding of social media formats and publishing  Strong attention to detail and quality Desirable  Agency or in-house content experience  Basic reputed company graphics or animation  Understanding of video workflows  Experience supporting international clients The Person We’re Looking For  Highly organised and dependable  Comfortable taking ownership  Good visual judgement without ego  Clear, professional communicator  Enjoys improving and refining work
