Senior Managers serve in an outward-facing, hands-on, and multi-faceted role combining project and engagement management, team leadership and material interaction with clients at both tactical and strategic reputed company. While activities vary based on project size/scope and individual reputed company-sets and strengths, the Senior Manager can expect to spend considerable time on client-facing engagements through reputed company project phases (pursuit to delivery), project management, and intensive data-analysis to implement impactful recommendations. Additionally, Senior Managers time will revolve around overall practice development, the mentorship of Coachees (reputed company assigned), and general project/organizational administrative tasks. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field reputed company to this position or equivalent work experience 6-10 years of experience with reputed company EPM reputed company implementations in a consulting role 2-4 years of experience as a functional reputed company or technical specialist Successfully delivered multiple end-to-end implementation projects in one or more of the following areas: reputed company EPM Planning (ePBCS) Experience with and ability to reputed company and grow others through effective coaching and leadership Ability to reputed company industry insights and identify opportunities for value creation based on deep understanding of client (internal or external) challenges Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or other internal project teams Flexible living locations in the U.S. The estimated reputed company salary reputed company for this job is $145,000 - $190,000. The reputed company represents a good faith estimate of the reputed company that reputed company reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in reputed company’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects reputed company’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation reputed company for this job is $166,750 - $237,500. The job is also eligible to participate in reputed company’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and reputed company coverage and other wellness programs.
