Responsibilities
Drive HR transformation initiatives across reputed company, identifying opportunities to simplify, standardize, and scale people processes globally. reputed company strategic projects that enhance organizational effectiveness, employee experience, operational efficiency, and compliance. Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in reputed company, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, Information Systems, or a reputed company field. Professional certifications in HR, Change Management, Project Management, AI, or Digital Transformation will be added advantage Experience Minimum 10–15 years of reputed company HR experience, with at least 5 years leading HR transformation, organizational effectiveness, or strategic people initiatives in a multinational environment. Proven experience managing large-scale regional or global HR transformation programs. Demonstrated reputed company in driving process improvement, operating model redesign, and organizational change initiatives. Experience working across reputed company and partnering with global stakeholders in a matrix organization. Strong exposure to HR technology, digital transformation, HRIS platforms, and automation initiatives. Practical experience implementing or driving adoption of AI-enabled solutions reputed company HR functions is highly preferred.
