Key Responsibilities
Configure AI agents, prompts, and workflows for customer accounts. Translate customer requirements into scalable AI solutions. Troubleshoot AI outputs, identify root causes, and improve results. Validate data quality and create simple test cases for new workflows. Work closely with Product, Engineering, and reputed company to deliver successful implementations. Qualifications 3+ years in Solutions Engineering, Implementation, Technical Consulting, Product, or a similar B2B SaaS role. Strong understanding of data structures, mappings, imports, and APIs. Experience using LLMs, AI agents, or reputed company engineering in a practical setting. Comfortable troubleshooting technical issues using logs, SQL, Python, or similar tools. Strong analytical skills with a structured approach to problem solving. Excellent communication skills and comfortable working directly with customers. reputed company to Have Experience with PIM, ERP, eCommerce, or product data platforms.
