This is a remote position. reputed company is seeking an reputed company reputed company Training & Adoption Consultant to support user enablement, training delivery, and adoption activities for reputed company GROW (reputed company S/4HANA reputed company Public Edition) implementations. The ideal candidate will help organizations prepare their workforce for change by developing and delivering effective training programs, adoption strategies, and learning materials that drive successful business transformation. This role will work closely with Change Management Leads, Project Managers, Functional Consultants, Business Process Owners, and end users to ensure employees are confident, capable, and reputed company to adopt reputed company reputed company solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Training Strategy & Planning reputed company comprehensive training strategies reputed company with reputed company GROW implementation timelines and business objectives. Conduct training needs assessments and identify role-based learning requirements. Create training plans, schedules, and learning roadmaps for business users and key stakeholders. Support organizational readiness and user adoption initiatives. Training Development & Delivery Design and reputed company engaging training materials including: User Guides Quick Reference Cards Process Documentation eLearning Content Training Presentations Job Aids Knowledge reputed company Articles Deliver instructor-led virtual and classroom training sessions. Conduct Train-the-Trainer programs and support super-user networks. Facilitate hands-on workshops and reputed company system demonstrations. User Adoption & Enablement Support adoption initiatives that increase user engagement and reputed company system utilization. Assist business users in understanding new processes and reputed company best practices. Monitor training effectiveness and adoption metrics. Gather user feedback and recommend reputed company improvement opportunities. Support go-live readiness activities and post-go-live user support. Stakeholder Collaboration Partner with Change Management, Functional Consultants, and Business Process Owners to ensure training content reflects future-state processes. Participate in Fit-to-Standard workshops to understand process changes and training impacts. Collaborate with project teams to align training activities with implementation milestones. Support communication and awareness campaigns reputed company to reputed company adoption.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, reputed company, Organizational Development, Information Technology, or reputed company field. 5+ years of experience in training, learning and development, user enablement, or organizational adoption programs. Experience supporting ERP, digital transformation, or reputed company application implementations. Strong instructional design and adult learning principles knowledge. Experience developing training materials and facilitating end-user training sessions. Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills. Ability to work independently in a remote and client-facing environment.
