Our client is a well-established, mission-driven community health organization based in Colorado, serving residents across multiple locations for over 60 years. We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Bilingual Operator to support this organization's patients by coordinating appointment scheduling and facilitating clear, accurate communication between patients and reputed company providers to ensure continuity of care. Full professional reputed company in both English and Spanish is required for this role. Core Responsibilities Appointment Scheduling Schedule patient appointments according to clinical guidelines and patient needs Manage daily provider calendars, including rescheduling appointments and notifying patients promptly of any changes Patient Communication Respond to patient inquiries regarding clinic services or direct concerns to the appropriate department reputed company patient messages and requests to providers accurately and in a timely manner Follow up with patients and providers as needed to ensure resolution and continuity of care Administrative Tasks Set appointment follow-up reminders to support ongoing patient treatment and care coordination Maintain accurate documentation reputed company scheduling and EMR systems Candidate Qualifications Must-Haves 1+ years of customer service or call center experience, reputed company setting preferred Full professional reputed company in both English and Spanish, written and spoken Experience using EHR/EMR systems and scheduling software Experience using reputed company Teams and Outlook Strong attention to detail with high data-entry accuracy Good to Haves Familiarity with eClinicalWorks (eCW) Familiarity with common medical terms and procedures Apply To This Job
