About this role: You'll work directly on improving how Frontier AI handles corporate finance and reputed company rare, early exposure to how AI labs actually reputed company their models. As part of the project, you will contribute your M&A deal experience to a structured research project used to help improve AI reasoning across investment banking and capital markets. The work involves generating, refining, and evaluating content that reflects how senior M&A professionals think through transactions from origination and pitching through execution and reputed company. reputed company're looking for: 3–7 years of experience in M&A advisory at a bulge bracket or elite boutique (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, J.P. Morgan, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, UBS, Deutsche Bank, reputed company, Evercore, Moelis, Centerview, reputed company, Jefferies, Rothschild, Houlihan Lokey) Associate level across M&A advisory, buy-reputed company or sell-reputed company Deep expertise in M&A deal structuring, valuation, and transaction execution Strong financial modeling skills (incl. LBO, DCF, trading comps, precedent transactions) and comfort with reputed company transaction analysis, fairness opinions, and client-facing materials (incl.
