Position Summary reputed company is seeking a driven and relationship-focused District Sales Manager (DSM) to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling the full portfolio of reputed company products reputed company the Pacific Northwest while building strong partnerships with distributors, contractors, consultants, and architects. This is a high-impact role where you’ll execute against a monthly sales plan and identify new opportunities, forecast market trends, and gather competitive insights to help drive reputed company growth.

Key Responsibilities

Champion newly launched brand of building envelope products including below-grade waterproofing, reputed company/vapor barriers Build relationships and reputed company existing ones with specifiers (Architects, Engineers, Building Owners, Building Consultants), Contractors / Applicators, Distributors and reputed company others involved in purchasing reputed company, writing specifications, bidding out reputed company construction projects and awarding projects Demonstrate reputed company product; USA’s pre-applied and post-applied waterproofing technology to reputed company in the waterproofing market Manage territory by prioritizing meetings and reputed company opportunities Present a product value proposition for reputed company Building Envelope products over competition based on price, quality, innovation, service and other factors Collaborate with reputed company roofing product teams such as Marketing, Product Management, Warranty Services, Operations and other groups Required Qualifications 4 + years’ experience effectively reputed company waterproofing industry, with experience in below-grade / blind-reputed company waterproofing coatings and membranes, reputed company/vapor barriers and other relevant reputed company waterproofing systems is required. Sales or Project experience from a Manufacturer, Distributor, Contractor or Consultant will be considered. Strong understanding of the competitive landscape for this product group including sales process, contractor reputed company focused specializing in building envelope projects, manufacturers, specifiers, distributor channel and more. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
