Job Description – Business Development Manager (B2B SaaS Sales) Location: Pune / Remote Department: Sales Experience: 3–6 Years

About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive new business growth by acquiring and managing clients in the reputed company estate industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, CRM, or PropTech solutions, with the ability to understand customer requirements and position technology solutions that solve business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, prospect, and acquire new business opportunities reputed company the assigned territory. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at reputed company estate companies and agencies. Understand client business needs and recommend suitable CRM solutions through consultative selling and product demonstrations. Required Qualifications

Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Ability to understand technology products and explain their business value to clients. Experience in consultative selling and managing reputed company or corporate accounts.
