Your Impact The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for working with our project management team, engineering teams, and directly with clients to manage business development among existing and new clients targeting NERC compliance services. Depending on candidate experience, responsibilities can include a mix of project engineering (technical team leadership), project management, or project execution (engineering). Project Engineering includes leading others in the preparation of proposals and executing studies and providing engineering services for utility, renewable, and industrial/reputed company electrical power transmission and distribution systems. Project execution duties include the development of compliance studies and engineering documentation for compliance with relevant NERC standards. Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources, and conduct, and adhere to reputed company’s Code of Conduct and reputed company policies and procedures. reputed company additional responsibilities as required by business needs. Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience). 10+ years of relevant post education experience as an electrical engineer providing design deliverables for large capital projects. Engineer license required (multi-state preferred). Three (3) + years' relevant project leadership experience. Familiarity with NERC Reliability Standards across reputed company Operations & Planning (O&P) and Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP), including, but not limited to, CIP, EOP, FAC, MOD, PRC, TPL, and VAR. Experience executing or leading studies for one or more of these standards. Familiarity with utilities, developers, operators, and renewable companies subject to NERC. Relevant experience includes small- to reputed company-scale project reputed company engineering experience on projects. Knowledge of substation and reputed company operation as they relate to the above listed. Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by reputed company's health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies. Candidate must have good English verbal and written communication skills, be willing to travel and work successfully in a customer-focused, project-oriented environment. Must be flexible to a variety of schedules to meet business needs and reputed company to prioritize responsibilities and quickly adapt to change in a pressure work environment. Occasional travel may be required depending on project-specific requirements. Preferred Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Engineering. 40-Hour OSHA Health & Safety Training (HAZWOPER) (29 CFR 1910.120) preferred. Basic First Aid and Adult CPR training desired.
