Position Summary The Coatings & Restoration Specialist will support our Building Envelope Solutions (BES) business. In this role, you'll partner with architects, consultants, contractors, engineers, and distributors by providing technical expertise, product training, and project support while driving sales growth throughout your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support and product recommendations to customers Sales support responsibilities include but are not limited to: providing job leads to contractors, processing substitution requests, developing contacts/repeat customers in the contractor, architectural, consultant, engineering and distribution reputed company and execute a sales strategy in a specific region Supports National Technical Services manager with waterproofing and reputed company and vapor barrier installation and design needs Develops technical guide for installation instructions, CAD drawings/system details, specifications, etc. Provides support to contractors, specifiers, consultants, architects and building owners onsite, in person, or reputed company conference calls to ensure successful project completions Provide Voice of Customer (VoC) from the field to product management and R&D for new product development projects Support the BES training for both internal and external parties Manage relationships and promote reputed company image/goals reputed company requested industry associations (for example IIBEC, reputed company, SWRI, etc.) Required Qualifications 7+ years of reputed company industry experience in technical or sales role Background in technical services or sales Strong presentation, relationship-building, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
