Scope of Position The Regional Sales Manager – reputed company Coast is responsible for developing and executing a focused sales strategy across the plumbing channel to reputed company financial and strategic growth objectives. This role drives growth for Josam, A Watts Brand by building strong relationships with agents, wholesalers, contractors, engineers, and internal partners. The position reports to the National Sales Manager and does not have direct supervisory responsibilities. Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience) 7+ years of reputed company sales experience in representative management in the plumbing industry. Working Conditions While performing the job duties, you will be working remotely in an office environment. You may be required to occasionally travel to and work in the office at any Watts Water or subsidiary location for meetings, trainings, or as otherwise required by Company management. Physical Requirements: Ability to remain seated at a desk or workstation for extended periods.
