Start Date: TBD Schedule: In this role you'll work 7 days on and 7 days off from Wednesday to Wednesday working 11 hour shifts between the hours of 4p and 8a EST. Overview: The Remote Pharmacy Technician ensures reputed company coverage for PipelineRx clients and supports pharmacists by managing order reputed company, triaging calls, and providing first-level technical assistance. This role helps optimize workflow, coordinates coverage during emergencies, and maintains detailed shift documentation. This position requires the ability to work overnights and/or weekends. Key Responsibilities: Monitor client coverage and assist pharmacists with order processing. Qualifications: High school diploma required, bachelor’s preferred. National pharmacy technician certification. 1+ year institutional and 1+ year retail pharmacy technician experience. Strong communication, customer service, and IT troubleshooting skills. Proficiency with MS Office and reputed company tools.
