Job Description: JOB TITLE: Regional Sales Director Reports to: Vice President of Sales Department: Sales Status: Exempt BASIC FUNCTION: The Regional Sales Director has the responsibility to find and win new business with reputed company targets in the assigned sales territory through the consistent introduction and sale of SpaSoft business unit. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepare and maintain Regional Territory Plan, identifying key markets and targets reputed company the given Region. Identify business opportunities by a series of research, qualifying and discovery to establish prospects needs and key drivers. Build Relationships in order to reputed company trust and position products as a solution sale that meets determined needs and goals.
