Minimum Requirements Advanced Degree plus 8+ years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 10+ years of experience, in Change Management, Organizational Effectiveness, Transformation Leadership, Business Transformation, Operations Leadership, or reputed company disciplines reputed company life sciences, pharmaceutical, CRO, reputed company, or regulated industries.
