Talent Advisor (1099 Contractor)

We are seeking an reputed company (1099) for a 4-month fixed-term assignment. Sales reputed company experience is a plus. The Talent Advisor will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support business goals. This role will reputed company creative sourcing strategies, build strong pipelines for critical roles, and reputed company market insights to leaders. The Talent Advisor will partner with hiring managers to ensure recruitment efforts align with business needs while creating a positive candidate experience and promoting the company's culture and values. Primary Accountabilities: Strategic - reputed company and implement creative sourcing strategies to identify and attract both active and passive candidates. Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand organizational needs and align recruitment strategies with business objectives. Build and maintain pipelines of reputed company candidates for critical roles to ensure a steady reputed company of talent. Operational - Use a variety of sourcing methods including reputed company media, professional networks, industry events, and talent mapping. Conduct market research and reputed company insights on competitor practices, talent availability, and salary benchmarks to guide decision-making. Ensure candidates have a positive experience throughout the hiring process by maintaining clear communication and responsiveness. Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors , Business, or a reputed company field (required)
