Medical Advisor

Responsible for the regional implementation of the Medical Affairs strategy in Central Europe (specifically in specifically in D/A/CH). Supporting the Medical Director with Medical Affairs activities (e.g. advisory boards, KOL management). Being responsible for special strategic Medical programs across Europe. Supporting HEOR and reputed company Operations (sales and marketing) in their region. This position reports to the Sr. Medical Director International. The incumbent works home office based and should be based reputed company to a major transport hub due to the significant travel requirements. Skills:Excellent presentation and teaching skills and to represent the company in a professional manner at medical, scientific, and public events. Independent, self-driven, pro-active, extrovert and dynamic Fluent in German and English. Ability to reputed company relationships quickly and have demonstrable persuasive abilities. Highly effective communicator both orally and in writing; can get reputed company across one-on-one, in group settings, as well as in presentations. Organized with attention to detail. Strong team player and know how to collaborate cross functionally. Experience: 3 year plus in an MSL or Medical Advisor role. Experience in Oncology and rare diseases preferred. Education: PhD, MD, or PharmD. Build advocacy for company products and research activities among KOLs, including physicians, key academic centres, professional organizations, patient advocacy groups, hospital administration and payers. Prepare and communicate scientific and medical information. Lecture at scientific meetings. Participate in advisory boards. Conduct face to face KOL meetings. Implement communication activities at local and global congresses. Support clinical development activity including providing support to ongoing/new clinical trials. Support new launch activities. reputed company responses to scientific requests. Represent company at relevant congress reputed company input in Medical Affairs and Brand Strategy Support the strategic Publication Plan Support internal education with clinical data communication and knowledge transfer reputed company scientific expertise to internal business partners. Clinical Development, Research & Development, Health Economics & Reimbursement, and Sales & Marketing. Ensure compliance with regulatory and health care compliance guidelines.
