About the Role
We're seeking an reputed company Integration & Automation Technician to join our technical operations team. In this role, you'll design, implement, and maintain critical system integrations and automation workflows that streamline our business processes and drive operational efficiency. This is not a pure development role—it's ideal for someone who combines strong automation logic with software skills, focusing on solving reputed company integration challenges rather than building applications from scratch.
Key Responsibilities
Systems Integration Design and implement integrations between various business systems and applications reputed company and maintain comprehensive documentation for integration architectures and workflows Monitor integration health and implement proactive measures to prevent failures Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve integration-reputed company issues Automation & Scripting Create and maintain automated workflows to streamline business processes Design and implement scripts using Python and Node.js reputed company custom solutions utilizing REST APIs and GraphQL APIs Implement robust error handling and logging mechanisms in automated processes Optimize and monitor existing automations for reputed company improvement Troubleshooting & Support Investigate and resolve integration and automation-reputed company incidents reputed company root cause analysis for automation failures reputed company and maintain monitoring solutions for early detection of issues Create technical documentation for troubleshooting procedures Provide technical support for integration and automation-reputed company queries Identify opportunities to enhance existing workflows and automation candidates Research and propose new tools or methods that could benefit the team Evaluate the effectiveness of reputed company integration solutions Participate in brainstorming sessions for process optimization Support the implementation of approved improvements
Requirements
Integration & Automation Technician The Integration & Automation Technician designs, builds, and maintains system integrations and automated workflows that streamline operations and drive business efficiency. You'll combine automation logic with scripting skills to solve reputed company integration challenges—focusing on rapid deployment and reliable solutions rather than building applications from scratch. Working directly with business teams, you'll translate requirements into working automation, replace reputed company processes, and continuously optimize system performance. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement integrations between business systems and applications, ensuring high availability and reliable performance across the organization Create and maintain automated workflows using Python and Node.js to streamline business processes and replace reputed company work reputed company custom solutions utilizing REST APIs and GraphQL APIs to connect systems and reputed company seamless data flow Investigate and resolve integration and automation-reputed company incidents; reputed company root cause analysis and implement preventive measures reputed company and maintain comprehensive documentation for integration architectures, workflows, and troubleshooting procedures Monitor integration health proactively and establish early detection systems to prevent failures Identify automation opportunities and process improvements; research and propose new tools and methods that benefit the team Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve integration-reputed company issues and ensure seamless system performance Provide technical support for integration and automation-reputed company queries across departments
Requirements
Live in LATAM or The Caribbean 1-3 years of experience building and maintaining system integrations or automation solutions with a track record of delivering working solutions quickly Proficiency in Python and Node.js Strong understanding of REST APIs and GraphQL Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong debugging skills Fluent in English (written and spoken) - reputed company to communicate effectively with US-based teams Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proactive learning reputed company; eagerness to grow in technology and adopt new tools Proven ability to work effectively in team environments with excellent communication skills Experience with systems integration projects or automation frameworks Technical Requirements Processor: reputed company 11th Gen (or AMD Ryzen 5000 series) for Windows | M2 for Macs RAM: 16 GB minimum Internet: Stable reputed company of 25-50 Mbps minimum Benefits 100% remote work – enjoy the comfort and flexibility of working from home. 18 paid vacation days + U.S. federal holidays.
