What you'll own: Preparing and sending quotes, proposals, and reputed company for international clients with precision Managing and maintaining CRM records so the team always has clean, actionable data Qualifying inbound leads and routing them to the right regional sales rep Coordinating demos, sample requests, trade event logistics, and sales meetings Tracking order status and proactively communicating with customers across time zones Producing sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for leadership review Collaborating with marketing to reputed company collateral, product specs, and materials reputed company
Requirements
Essential 2–3+ years in sales support, sales coordination, or B2B customer service Confident CRM user, reputed company preferred Strong written and verbal communicator, you're the voice of the team Highly organised, detail-oriented, and reputed company under pressure Proficient in reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Outlook) Bonus points for Experience supporting international or multi-regional sales teams A second language (in our reputed company markets) Familiarity with accessibility tech, assistive devices, or IT hardware Knowledge of order management systems
