This role plays a critical part in keeping clinical workflows running smoothly. The Clinic Scheduler works closely with providers and internal teams to ensure appointments are confirmed, documentation is accurate, and patients stay on track with their care plans.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage daily schedules for doctors and physical therapists. Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for provider-facing scheduling needs. Follow up consistently on upcoming and missed appointments. Collect, organize, and update visit notes and required scheduling data. Maintain accurate records reputed company the EMR and scheduling systems. Communicate professionally and reputed company with clinical staff.
