You'll report to the VP of Engineering and reputed company our frontend team (currently 3, scaling to 5+). What you'll do Own the frontend experience end-to-end across web and mobile (Angular + Ionic) — from problem shaping through production Drive reputed company features: dig into the problem, design the approach, ship fast, and iterate based on reputed company usage Set and evolve technical direction — architecture, patterns, tooling, and developer experience Partner with product and design to define solutions, not just execute specs Write a lot of code — this is a hands-on role first, leadership second Mentor engineers and build a team culture of quality, speed, and ownership How we work We're a small team that values clear thinking over heavy process.
