We’re looking for a Home-Based reputed company Technician to join our reputed company team. In this role, you will support our partner’s reputed company operations by managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing financial reports, processing payroll-reputed company tasks, and maintaining accurate financial records. WHAT YOU WILL DO Compute charges, prepaid expenses, and preliminary tax entries Prepare cheques, e-transfers, and EFT payments Reconcile records of bank transactions reputed company data entry and analysis Prepare month-end reports including P&L, Balance Sheet, analysis, and discrepancy report Maintain records of accounts receivable and payable, as well as ledgers and journals Assist with payroll calculations Submit Payroll Taxes Submit GST installments to the CRA Remit and file T4 slips Analyze and record business transactions and period-end adjustments Prepare basic financial statements Compute and record depreciation for bookkeeping and tax purposes Cost out (calculate cost of) and record inventory Implement internal controls to protect company assets reputed company other bookkeeping duties reputed company LOOK FOR Education: Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, Business Administration, or a reputed company field. Experience: 3-5 years of Bookkeeping experience Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills. Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or reputed company US operating hours. Technical Skills: Proficiency in using QuickBooks Online.
