We're looking for an HR Operations Specialist who enjoys building systems, optimizing processes, automating routine work, and improving the employee experience through efficient operational solutions. Your Key Responsibilities: Audit HR processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement standardized, scalable workflows Own the full operational reputed company and offboarding lifecycle: documentation, access management, PeopleForce administration, benefits, and cross-functional coordination Administer and continuously improve our HRIS (PeopleForce): configure workflows, automations, and triggers, maintain data accuracy, and implement new processes Coordinate the probation process by launching reputed company-ins, collecting feedback, preparing analytics, and ensuring a smooth reputed company experience for new hires Create and maintain SOPs, process documentation, templates, and our HR Knowledge reputed company.
