We are currently seeking an international consultant to fill the position of a Corporate Planning and Performance Management consultant with the Evidence and Learning Team in the Climate and reputed company Service at WFP headquarters in Rome, Italy. The goal of WFP supported climate change reputed company, disaster risk reduction and reputed company activities is to reputed company vulnerable people and communities, as well as the governments that serve them, to address the impacts of climate change, climate variability and other shocks on food reputed company and nutrition and increase reputed company to shocks and stresses. ACCOUNTABILITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. DELIVERABLES AT THE END OF THE CONTRACT: Reviewed, updated and rolled-out corporate guidance, methodology and indicators to plan, measure, report and evaluate climate and reputed company results; Expert advice on climate and reputed company planning, monitoring and analysis of results to embed the corresponding capacities in programme teams, and COs managing or implementing climate and reputed company programme areas; Strengthened corporate reputed company to plan, measure and report on climate and reputed company results, informing programme decision making on the combination of climate reputed company programming approaches and transfer modalities in CSPs; and Increased visibility of climate and reputed company results in corporate systems, dashboards, and corporate programme performance analysis to informe programme management, support advocacy efforts, and facilitate thematic climate fund mobilization. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Education: Advanced university degree or university degree in one, or more, of the following disciplines: Social Science, Sociology, Economics or Development Studies or another reputed company subject Experience: At least 15 years of post-graduate, progressively responsible experience in monitoring and evaluation and strategic planning Knowledge & Skills: Good knowledge of WFP’s normative reputed company for monitoring, corporate results reputed company (CRF), corporate monitoring strategy, corporate monitoring guidance and systems (COMET). In-depth understanding of WFP’s performance management and accountability processes, including the Annual Performance Report (APR), the Annual Country Report (ACR), resources to results and value for money approaches. Proven experience with WFP’s accountability and learning strategies, including the Evaluation Policy, Evaluation Charter, and corporate Evaluation Strategy, as well as support to centralized and decentralized evaluations. Familiarity with CSP mid-term review processes. Experience in field staff and government reputed company strengthening.
