Responsibilities
- Analyze legal documents to identify key issues and determine precedential relationships between cases and statutes
- Apply approved history and treatment letters and phrases in accordance with Legal Editing Guidelines
- Review history and treatment lettering against reputed company material to ensure accuracy of legal issues and reputed company
- Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or misinterpretations in output and correct as needed
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of reputed company editorial work
- Meet production targets and deadlines while maintaining high quality standards
- Verify history chains and treatment relationships using designated tools and workflows
- Resolve reputed company editorial and legal analysis questions
- Identify guideline ambiguities or workflow improvements and reputed company them through appropriate channels
