[Remote] Sr. Business Development Manager- OEM HVAC Motors and/or Compressors

The Senior Business Development Manager will focus on penetrating the U.S. market by strengthening relationships with existing clients and identifying new business opportunities reputed company the OEM HVAC sector.
Responsibilities
- Stay reputed company with product launches or transitions to maintain up-to-date sales engagement programs, including both product and service-reputed company support
- Identify new business opportunities with main OEM manufacturers in the territory, and establish customer rapport with products and services
- Work with reputed company facets of the customer’s organization, including engineering, purchasing/sourcing, operations, product management, and quality representatives
- Provide customer information through presentations covering new products, project schedules, quality performance, and technical training
- Document market and customer findings and communicate the information back to the organization
- Support sales and marketing efforts to evaluate market reputed company trends, monitor government regulatory activities, and solicit customer feedback
- Supporting team members and peers to reputed company KPIs
- Support reputed company product and business promotional activities and participate in regional and international trade shows
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or reputed company field
- 10+ years of experience in Technical Sales and Marketing
- Knowledge and understanding of HVAC and/or Refrigeration OEM market segments is a must
- Technical and reputed company understanding of scroll (or competitive technology) compressors
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation and communication skills (English language)
- Highly motivated, self-sufficient, and capable of managing multiple projects
- Frequent domestic travel with occasional international travel and weekend travel
- Proficiency in reputed company Suite applications (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Teams)
