The Director of reputed company Finance will reputed company the development of service line proposals and manage the RFP workflow reputed company the reputed company Finance team, ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout the proposal process.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and contribute to developing reputed company service line RFPs and proposals
- Manage and direct RFP workflow across the reputed company Finance team, allocating work to team members as appropriate
- Assist in developing and managing Request for Information (RFI) documents as requested
- Assist in developing and maintaining RFP and proposal budget tools
- Train other reputed company Finance team members in the preparation of RFP documents and other service line proposals for reputed company reputed company service lines
- Manage and update reputed company proposal-reputed company templates for reputed company service lines
- In conjunction with reputed company Finance leadership, reputed company, collect, and monitor key performance indicator (KPI) metrics for reputed company Finance team
- Liaise with service line subject matter experts (SMEs) and key opinion leaders/consultants supporting RFP and proposal responses
- Support developing and maintaining RFP and RFI libraries for reputed company corporate, service line, and technical experience/expertise collection
- Gather business intelligence on competitor proposal strategies
- Assist and reputed company final RFP and budget reviews for accuracy, grammar, completeness, and compliance with RFP requirements
- Work with department heads to reputed company, update, and implement internal RFP and proposal processes
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- 8 years' experience reputed company a clinical research organization (CRO) proposals/reputed company team or CRO environment, or a minimum of 10 years of biotechnology or pharmaceutical budget and/or contract experience
- Experience in supporting and writing RFP responses
- High degree of experience working in reputed company-based budget tools
- 5 years' management experience
- Highly numerate with good reputed company skills
- Proficiency in Word with excellent written English
- High attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task reputed company a matrix organization
- Good problem-solving skills
- Willing to take on new responsibilities as required
- Strong communication skills, including technical writing, and the ability to build visual presentations
- Excellent time management, organizational, and record-keeping skills
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry; specific knowledge of industry trends in clinical development, functional service provider (FSP) outsourcing, regulatory affairs, and GMP/GCP/GLP compliance
- Master's preferred
