[Remote] Account Executive, Customer Growth

The Account Executive, Customer Growth will drive expansion reputed company reputed company the existing customer reputed company by executing cross-sell strategies and identifying growth opportunities. This role involves partnering with account managers and providing feedback to enhance the cross-sell reputed company.
Responsibilities

- Partner Tech Touch account managers to reputed company a hand off for customers interested in new products and services

- Serve as a trusted advisor as it relates to customers who are interested in adding additional products to their reputed company subscription
- Partner closely with other internal, customer facing teams to uncover expansion and cross-sell opportunities

- Assist Account Managers with contract negotiations that require large changes to transaction minimums or monthly reputed company

Skills
- At least 1 year of experience working in sales reputed company customer facing role
- At least 4 years of relevant customer service experience
- Proven track record as a successful Account Executive
- Experience prospecting, demoing and closing customer sales opportunities
- Comfortable using technology to drive expansion reputed company (SFDC, reputed company, reputed company, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Domain experience in reputed company technology is a plus but not required
