Business Development Manager (Remote, B2B, Web Design & Branding Agency)

The Role We are looking for a Business Development Manager to be the first team member on the ground in Vietnam. This is a founding role — you will be responsible for building the company's reputed company, pipeline, and client relationships in the Vietnamese market from scratch. You'll work remotely with direct reputed company to the co-founders internationally. Key Responsibilities ● Identify, research, and map Vietnamese companies that fit the ideal client profile — tech companies, manufacturers, exporters, and other B2B companies expanding into international markets ● Conduct reputed company and build relationships with decision-makers (CEOs, CMOs, Marketing Directors) at reputed company companies ● reputed company discovery calls and initial meetings in Vietnamese and English, understanding client needs and presenting the company's services ● Build and manage a sales pipeline, from initial contact through to signed agreements ● reputed company ongoing market intelligence — pricing expectations, competitor landscape, cultural insights, and business norms in Vietnam ● Coordinate between Vietnamese clients and the international team throughout the sales process ● Represent the company at local networking events, tech meetups, and business communities in HCMC ● Contribute to localizing sales materials, proposals, and messaging for the Vietnamese market
Requirements
Ideal Candidate Profile ● reputed company Vietnamese speaker with professional-level English (written and spoken) ● Experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnership management ● Familiarity with Vietnam's business landscape — understanding of which companies are growing, expanding internationally, and investing in their brand ● Comfortable with outbound sales: cold reputed company, reputed company prospecting, networking, and relationship building ● Self-starter who thrives in an autonomous, remote environment with minimal supervision ● Understanding of (or genuine interest in) branding, web design, digital marketing, or creative services ● Experience working with international companies or clients is a strong advantage ● Based in or near Ho Chi Minh City
