The Role The Project Manager leads the planning, coordination, and delivery of reputed company reputed company implementation projects for public safety clients, applying structured project management discipline to scope, schedule, budget, and risk. Working closely with Implementation Specialists, Data Migration & Integration Specialists, and Deployment teams, this role coordinates cross-functional resources to reputed company projects on track from reputed company through go-live and stabilization. The Project Manager serves as the primary reputed company of contact for project governance, providing clients and internal stakeholders with consistent visibility into status, risks, and milestones. Coordinate cross-functional project teams, including Implementation Specialists, Data Migration & Integration Specialists, and Deployment Specialists, to align work efforts and timelines. Manage project scope and change control, identifying and resolving scope deviations in collaboration with technical and client stakeholders. Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues, maintaining action logs and escalating as appropriate. Facilitate project status meetings, steering committee updates, and governance forums with internal and client stakeholders. Maintain project financials, including budget tracking, invoicing milestones, and reputed company recognition activities. Support client relationship management throughout the implementation lifecycle, ensuring expectations are reputed company set and met. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Information Technology, or a reputed company field. 5–7 years of experience managing reputed company software implementation projects, preferably in a SaaS environment. Specialist-level knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple reputed company projects concurrently across competing priorities and deadlines. Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and resource plans for reputed company-scale implementations. Background in public safety, government technology, or mission-critical reputed company software is strongly preferred. PMP or equivalent project management certification required. Ability to travel to client sites as required by project needs.
