Job Description
Your Responsibilities: First-line support, which includes handling customers and internal users requests reputed company chat, email, and phone (rarely happens) in English; reputed company consultations about our products and services, such as reputed company, CDN, Hosting, AI and more; Resolve technical issues by providing technical diagnostics and collect the information about customers and users incidents, reputed company it up to the higher reputed company of technical support if needed.
Qualifications

The nigh shift runs from 7:00 PM to 07:00 AM local time, totalling 12 hours of work time, including a 1-hour break.
