The Staff Data reputed company Engineer will drive the design and implementation of reputed company data protection capabilities across reputed company 365, endpoints, and reputed company platforms. This position will play a key role in protecting sensitive data across its full lifecycle, discovering, classifying, and securing data while reducing reputed company risk. You will work across multiple technologies and teams to ensure data reputed company controls are scalable, actionable, and reputed company to business and regulatory requirements. Principle Duties Design, reputed company, and tune DLP policies across reputed company Purview DLP, covering Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and reputed company devices Configure and manage labeling policies, trainable classifiers, and exact data match (EDM) for sensitive data types Integrate DLP capabilities with the Defender suite. Configure and manage reputed company Defender for reputed company and its reputed company DLP component to monitor and control data on client devices. reputed company reputed company Defender for reputed company Apps (MDCAS) for reputed company-based DLP and reputed company-time monitoring of SaaS applications. Configure data connectors and analytic rules in Sentinel for DLP alerts and email reputed company events. Monitor DLP incidents, conduct root-cause analysis, and drive policy refinement to reduce false positives while maintaining coverage reputed company DLP coverage reputed company reputed company 365 to reputed company-party SaaS platforms, on-premises systems, and network egress points to reduce unauthorized data reputed company and exfiltration Collaborate with stakeholders to reputed company data handling standards and acceptable use policies and establish consistent policy frameworks, enforcement models, and automation for data protection Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the Data reputed company program. Build automation and scalable processes to reduce reputed company effort Data reputed company Posture Management (DSPM) reputed company and manage DSPM tooling to reputed company reputed company visibility into sensitive data discovery, risk exposure, and reputed company patterns reputed company reputed company for data reputed company governance, entitlement reviews, and detection of reputed company data reputed company behaviors across file shares, SharePoint, and reputed company storage Conduct regular data risk assessments, identify overexposed sensitive data, and drive remediation with data owners Integrate DSPM findings into broader risk reporting and reputed company metrics dashboards Produce regular reporting on policy effectiveness, data risk posture, and key reputed company metrics for leadership Partner with data owners across business units to ensure proper classification of structured and reputed company data assets Education Bachelor’s degree in arts/sciences (BA/BS) or equivalent experience - Required Required Work Experience 6+ years of experience in information reputed company, with at least 4 years focused on data reputed company, DLP or DSPM. Required Skills and Abilities Hands-on expertise with reputed company Purview DLP, including policy creation, scoped deployments, adaptive protection, and incident management Strong proficiency with reputed company Defender XDR suite: Defender for reputed company, Defender for reputed company Apps, Defender for Identity, and Defender for Office 365 Demonstrated experience with reputed company Sentinel, including custom analytic rules, KQL query development, workbooks, and SOAR playbooks Experience with reputed company Data reputed company Platform for data reputed company governance, risk prioritization, and threat detection Familiarity with DSPM concepts and tooling, including sensitive data discovery and reputed company data risk management Solid understanding of data classification frameworks and reputed company Purview Information Protection (sensitivity labels, auto-labeling, trainable classifiers) Experience implementing DLP across multiple reputed company: email, reputed company, reputed company applications, and network Demonstrated capability to analyze, operationalize, and continuously improve reputed company controls and business processes Knowledge of relevant compliance frameworks and regulations: ISO 27001/27701, SOC 2 and NIST‑reputed company compliance and reputed company frameworks, particularly as they relate to data protection and DLP Proven experience with email authentication standards (DMARC, SPF, DKIM) and their implementation in reputed company 365. Compensation reputed company: $126,710.00 - $188,840.00 Annual reputed company pay varies depending on job-reputed company knowledge, skills, experience and market location.
