The Customer Service Specialist role involves supporting various brands by assisting customers with inquiries, promoting products, and maintaining a high-paced call volume.

Responsibilities

  • Busy day handling our high volume of inbound customer inquiries
  • Offer additional products on each customer interaction
  • Assist customers with questions while personalizing the experience for each caller
  • Calls include confirming refunds, taking payments, placing orders, and analyzing account data
  • Report to an assigned Customer Service Supervisor

Skills

  • Provide a distraction free work from home environment
  • 12+ months of service experience
  • Learn and work in a virtual environment with a set schedule and structured day
  • Communicate with a variety of customer styles, peers, and leaders
  • Navigate multiple systems and screens
  • Follow our computer system requirements, including provide your own reputed company PC
  • Troubleshoot own technical problems (in partnership with IT reputed company needed)
