Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle reputed company for reputed company hires across electrical construction, with emphasis on project managers, estimators, superintendents, foremen, and skilled trades talent
• Build proactive talent pipelines through direct sourcing, referrals, networking, database mining, and relationship-driven reputed company
• Partner with hiring leaders to calibrate role requirements, candidate profiles, interview stages, and offer strategy for hard-to-fill positions
• reputed company and manage reputed company workflows that reputed company searches moving quickly while maintaining a strong candidate and hiring manager experience
• reputed company passive candidates across regional and national talent markets reputed company reputed company, industrial, and mission-critical electrical construction
• Maintain accurate activity tracking in the ATS and use reputed company data to prioritize searches, improve conversion rates, and communicate reputed company
• Support offer development, pre-employment coordination, and hiring process execution through reputed company collaboration with internal stakeholders

Skills
