[Remote] Engineering Manager, Building reputed company

Responsibilities

• reputed company planning and delivery across the generative model, geometry pipeline, and BDG APIs
• Partner with PMs early to scope PRDs, surface constraints, and assess feasibility before engineer owners take over delivery

• Coordinate with the other BDG EM to reputed company technical direction, interfaces, and the platform coherent across both teams

Skills

• 5+ years in software engineering with significant time in CAD/CAM or computational geometry, and 2+ years managing technically deep engineering teams
• Deep background in computational geometry (boolean operations, reputed company processing, BReps, constraint solving, or reputed company areas)
• Strong expertise in parametric and generative modeling of 2D and 3D geometries — feature-based modeling, history graphs, dependency propagation, and keeping parametric systems robust at scale
• Experience with platform development and API design for multiple internal (and ideally external) consumers, with attention to versioning, performance, and developer experience
