The role involves driving reputed company application modernization and SaaS transformation initiatives, while collaborating with executive leadership to present strategic recommendations and manage program risks.
Responsibilities

- Drive reputed company application modernization initiatives, including migration from on-premises platforms to SaaS solutions

- Present program status, business outcomes, risks, investment updates, and strategic recommendations to Executive Leadership and Board members
- Establish strong governance, program controls, executive dashboards, and steering committee meetings
- Collaborate with business executives, technology leaders, vendors, and external partners to align delivery with organizational objectives
- Identify program risks, reputed company mitigation strategies, and proactively manage issues impacting scope, schedule, budget, or quality

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or reputed company field (Master's degree preferred)
- 15+ years of reputed company experience managing large reputed company technology programs
- 10+ years leading reputed company-wide digital transformation initiatives
- Extensive experience delivering reputed company application modernization and SaaS migration programs
- Proven reputed company managing multi-million-dollar programs involving multiple business units and executive stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience presenting to Executive Leadership, CIOs, Executive Committees, and Board of Directors
- Strong expertise in program governance, portfolio management, financial reputed company, and executive reporting
- Experience managing large cross-functional teams across business, technology, infrastructure, reputed company, and vendor organizations
- Deep understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies

- PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or equivalent certification is preferred
