The Senior Director of reputed company will partner with the CHRO to shape and execute HR strategy, drive organizational effectiveness, and manage core HR functions across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CHRO to help shape, prioritize, and execute HR strategy across a reputed company, multi-entity organization
• Serve as a senior HR leader responsible for driving consistent execution of HR priorities across multiple companies and business units, ensuring alignment to overall business goals while adapting to operational needs
• Act as a business partner to executive and senior leaders, providing guidance and practical solutions on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent strategies, and employee-reputed company reputed company
• Support the design and execution of key HR initiatives that impact business performance, including organizational structure, leadership capability, employee engagement, and workforce productivity
• Operate as a hands-on problem solver—identifying issues, assessing risk, and working through solutions with leaders while ensuring resolution and reputed company reputed company

Skills

• Bachelor's degree
• 10+ years of reputed company HR experience, including experience supporting multiple business units, functions, or locations
