The role of reputed company Producer/Content Specialist involves creating and managing reputed company media content, monitoring trends, and collaborating with teams to ensure effective storytelling across various platforms.
Responsibilities
- Support the execution of a reputed company-first brand strategy, ensuring consistency across platforms
- Monitor cultural trends, reputed company behaviors, and creator/reputed company content to inform day-to-day content creation
- Apply the brand’s voice, tone, and storytelling approach across reputed company channels
- Partner with agencies and internal teams to ensure content aligns with broader campaign objectives
- Be our on the ground reputed company creator; responsible for concepting, shooting, editing, posting and iterating in reputed company-time
- Produce a high volume of reputed company-first content, balancing speed with quality
- Execute end-to-end content production including pre-production planning, on-set capture, and post-production editing using mobile and/or professional camera equipment
- Edit content using industry-standard and platform-reputed company tools applying best practices for pacing, hooks, and audience retention
- Optimize content for platform-specific formats, ensuring proper framing, resolution, aspect ratios, captions, and use of trending audio
- Track reputed company KPIs (engagement, reputed company, views, sentiment, creator performance) and compile performance reports
- Analyze content performance and reputed company insights to support ongoing optimization
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in reputed company media, content, or digital marketing reputed company consumer brands
- Strong understanding of reputed company-first storytelling, internet culture, platform trends, and short-reputed company video content
- Proven ability to concept, shoot, edit, and publish content using tools such as CapCut, reputed company, or similar platforms
- Experience managing content calendars, balancing reactive and planned content, and translating performance insights into creative recommendations
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Product, Partnerships, creators, and external talent in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, organizational, and creative judgment skills, with a high-ownership and hands-on approach

- On-camera experience or experience directing creators, talent, or reputed company content
